Parts Management:
All-in Logistics manages strategic forward stock locations (FSL's) on behalf of OEM's and distributors of computer components and telecommunication devices through a central Service Logistics program featuring advance product replacements, network stock replenishments, processing defective returns and OEM/repair vendor RMA management.
The All-in Control concept is based on a world-wide network of HUB's and Depots, servicing next business day, 4 hrs. & 2 hrs. time critical parts deliveries to end customers.
These companies are also often fiscally represented by All-in Logistics in The Netherlands for cash flow reasons. The market is served using a central purchasing model and by means of centralized distribution from our warehouse.
Spare Parts Management:
All-in Logistics performs Spare Parts Management on behalf of several suppliers of components and systems for mobile telecommunication networks. Inventory management and business critical distribution of components and systems are managed in detail. We ensure that the correct components and systems are delivered to strategic site locations, thus securing timely replacements of defective parts by field technicians who operate from these strategic locations.
All incoming goods, transit goods, outgoing goods as well as returns to our warehouse (reverse logistics) are bar-coded throughout the process.
The main features of Spare Parts Management are: Complete transparency of (spare) parts throughout the entire service loop from defective return to final replacement by means of utilization of unique item registration (bar-coded) & unique product line Identifiers.
The main features are:
- Centrally managed global inventories (e.g. hubs, depots, engineer cars, warehouses)
- Full coverage of Physical Distribution and Reversed Distribution: integral W.M.S. available on location
- Optimized Inventory Management (e.g. min/max planning)
- Extensive Management Information (Repair Center performance, stock integrity, supplier contract management, product failure statistics, turn around times, etc.)
- Innight replenishment of sites and engineer vehicles
- Parameters are defined in All-in SPM as to facilitate automated replenishment routines, allocation of products and local stocks, etc.
- Stand-by service:for business-critical and time-critical shipments All-in Logistics offers a 24/7/365 stand-by service.
Reverse Logistics:
Reverse Logistics is a part of our service logistics program and represents a discipline that is embedded in (Spare) Parts Management.

- Product testing (example HDD Burn in test)
- Product refurbishment and market replacement
- Warranty Management
Main deliverables:
- Full control of the RMA process
- Efficiency improvement
- Cost reduction
- Transparency | visibility of processes
