All-in Logistics offers both import and export services.
We offer any mode of transport, e.g. airfreight (IATA license) , sea freight, rail transport, road transport (dedicated and consolidated), air parcel post and courier.
All-in Logistics is a member of both FENEX and IATA.
All-in Logistics is connected to "SAGITTA" (EDI). This ASP application connects to the computer system of the Dutch Customs Administration facilitates import and export entries. Import and export declarations are electronically processed. This fully-automated system offers our customers a smooth and flexible service.
Complete order handling
Forwarding activities include complete order handling for our customers featuring:
- preparation of documentation related to import and export shipments, covering a complete range of documents, i.e. export documents, shipping documents, customs documents and tax-related documents. Documents which are normally issued by the exporters themselves are integrated into our administrative order handling.
- handling, co-ordination and financial settlement of letters of credit
All-in Logistics takes care of the complete handling of letters of credit, which frees its principals from time-consuming administrative work. Letters of credit are opened, goods are ordered and forwarded, followed by the financial settlement of the orders.
- legalization of documents: Chamber of Commerce, Embassies and Organizations
- in-house inspections; co-ordination of inspections (carried out by inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Véritas, Lloyds Register, etc.) and obtaining a clean report of findings.
