The All-In Group has obtained the ISO-9001:2000 Quality Certificate, which is highly valued in the industry. Services performed and equipment used meet the strictest quality requirements.
The new High-Tech warehouse is completely TAPA compliant.
Logistic processes are completely bar-code driven, which secures a high quality level. Serial numbers are scanned during the order pick/pack processes in order to avoid mispicking.
All internal processes are measured and registered as Key Performance Indicators (KPI), which can be accessed by our customers on line and in real time. Also, external processes (e.g. performance repair vendor) are measured on behalf of our customers. KPI's are processed and reported in a Business Balanced Scorecard.
